Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has received a boost from one of his key talents ahead of their upcoming match with Salernitana.

The Bianconeri are gearing up for an important Serie A clash against the already relegated side, needing to find some momentum ahead of their fast-approaching Coppa Italia final against Atalanta. The Old Lady have only won two of their last 14 league matches, dampening the mood.

One of the few bright spots for Juventus this season has been Turkish teenager Kenan Yildiz, who has made a name for himself in Allegri’s first team. The 19-year-old has scored three goals and provided one assist in 28 appearances across all competitions this term.

Juventus preparations

TMW highlights how Juventus continued preparation for their upcoming clash with Salernitana at Continassa today, where Yildiz worked closely with his teammates despite only recently recovering from gastroenteritis. He is expected to join the squad for the match, although a start is unlikely.

Alex Sandro did not take part in group training, however, and is now in doubt for the league clash. Much depends on what happens in tomorrow’s training session in Turin.
